What to expect

You will receive an email from your health professional with a link to the Teams meeting, a few minutes prior to your meeting click this link and you will enter a virtual waiting room, wait for your health professional to join the meeting. If you need to change the appointment please contact your health professional.

What will I need for my telephone appointment?

• Install Microsoft Teams on your computer, tablet or mobile
• Check Microsoft Teams is working on your computer, tablet or mobile
• Quiet space for privacy
• Good internet connection
• Pen and paper to write things down
• Your medication list
• Support people or whānau
• Call 0800 266 513 if you need an interpreter

Preparing for your appointment

• You use the meeting link to enter the meeting waiting room. When your clinician joins, you are connected together in the virtual meeting space.
• Confirm your name, date of birth and address
• Introduce everyone in the video
• Discuss or korero about your health
• Click on the video link again if the video is disconnected
