Wellbeing Checks

Health and Wellbeing Checks

While we regularly take our car to a mechanic for a warrant of fitness check, we tend to neglect our own health and wellbeing.

Proactive’s health and wellbeing checks can help your workers understand their health risks and support them to reduce the risk of long term harm. The benefits for business include a healthier, more productive workforce, fewer sick days and absences, along with a staff that are more engaged with the workplace.

Health and Wellbeing Checks

A Health and Wellbeing Check can be made bespoke to your business with a building block approach from the following:

• Health and Wellness History
• Blood pressure
• Pulse
• Diabetes check: non-fasting blood sugar or HbA1c
• Total cholesterol or lipid profile
• Height, weight, BMI
• Waist Circumference
• Psychological health screening
• Skin check for early signs of skin cancer
• Provision of health and wellbeing information to improve health literacy for worker specific issues
